Initial call with talent team Task 8-10 hours Call with manager and member of team Final stage not experienced. _____________________________________ I had a pretty good experience although there were a couple red flags. 1. the length of the task that I was asked to complete within 3 days (of which I was working a full time job) I gave my feedback directly to talent team, its not super accessible and could be tightened up. 2. Manager was unwell so I interviewed with a couple of the team, was very last minute to be told and was not great as I didn't feel well prepped and they hadnt even seen the task which I had been told had been recieved really well. 3. After 8-10 hours task, and getting to 2nd last stage I was really disappointed that I didn't get any feedback as to why I didn't progress, and that I just given a really basic template email to let me know I was no longer being considered after very constant contact previous to this. This just felt very cold given the time and effort spent and the whole "great culture" vibe. Ultimately I don't think pricing was my best fit anyway, but I was really surprised to not get any personal response or feedback given I got so far. Even after letting a few days pass and requesting feedback, I've heard nothing. I think my gut feeling that it wasn't the role for me was really confirmed by this. I know people are busy, but if you expect candidates to spend hours on tasks, you can probably be a little better at atleast personalising a rejection email.

Applied online via their website, I was selected by a recruiter for a screening call (30 mins), then they sent me a take home case study relevant to the role, followed by technical interview (coding, contextual questions, motivation), stakeholder interview and finally a hiring manager interview.
The recruiter was fabulous throughout the process, helping me understand the process, and what the purpose of each interview was. Very easy to chat with all interviewers and recruiter, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Very long winded process - took 3 months to get through to the final stage (5 in total) before I decided the job wasn’t for me. Felt the interviewers were trying to multitask work and interviewing you at the same time which felt distracting

The process consisted of three stages: The hiring manager interview, a case study, and a live coding interview. The hiring manager interview was relatively easy. The case study interview was somewhat challenging. The live coding interview was pretty intense. I had to answer four sql questions on a Google Doc. The interviewers didn't know the answer to a number of questions I asked
