Entretien
The process was smooth and fast. Everyone was accommodating. I entered the final interview, but I couldn't get an offer. Even after that, HR Contacted me for feedback. But the only bad thing in the process was the final feedback promised by HR didn't happen. I sent an email and tried to contact via Linkedin, but it didn't work. I really liked the company. I really liked the team. It was so sad for me. I was always honest with them. I think that caused me not to get the job.
Even I have cloud-related certifications, I told them I don't know AWS as HR told me before the final interview that was the only negative point about me. If I didn't tell them in the first place, maybe everything would be different.
You don't need to prepare for interviews. Only learn about the structure and working style on Wise. They send you everything you need.
For the technical interview, you can crack it if you have the experience. Otherwise, don't bother. It is pretty long and basically covers most of the job requirements and your experience. There isn't any correct answer. They try to understand how do you think? How do you follow and apply best practices etc...
Wise has an amazing process and people. I hope I can work there in the future.

Entretien
1. Apply on the portal, upload your resume.
2. Screening with HR and recruiter. Basic questions around skill set and motivation to join wise were asked.
3. Pair Programming with Engineering Team. I did not complete this round as I already had another offer before this round.

Entretien
Until the final communication everything was awesome. Skills interview was really nice. After the final interview, they responded with a template message. Eventhough I asked for more info, they didn't even reply.

Scenario based they start from beginning, how to collect logs to responding an incident.
Final "behavioral" interview made me feel like the team never reaches their goals and are in constant stress. It was basically 45 minutes of asking the same two questions in a different phrasing: 1. "how do you cope with not reaching your goals due to the team getting more work than can be possibly done?" and 2. "you are given more work every day than can be done in a workday. What do you do?". Technical interviews were great though, the team members were very pleasant and returned with an answer very fast.
