Entretien
I started with the application which had a few tests (related to knowledge of the company), then there was the Initial interview and then had Final interview.
The process was mostly smooth but I had to contact the HR in between to get updates.

What do you you want to work as a customer support representative? What are the qualities of a CSR?
What are you hobbies? How would you describe your favourite colour to a blind person?
Recruiter is easy to bein touch with and keeps you updated on the interview process. Face-to-face interview where you will go through a technical assessment to see how you will answer enquiries.

First a test with 2 fake emails in which you have to answer as a customer service representative then interview by zoom with one of the team leaders at the offices in budapest
Online interview with lovely recruiter who set me at ease. More of a conversation that strict interview questions. Really set me at ease and got the most out of me.
