1. 1st interview with a Team Lead and agent via Zoom
2. 2nd interview with Regional Lead of Operations via Zoom
However the given feedback on the rejection was not helpful as skills would lack to present problems to product and develepers. They suggested to start in CS and later on to try to reapply but if the recruitment team would check the CV definetly the person would not fit in customer support as the background was payment/invoice verification.
So it felt that they are not really aware about the potentials of external applicants and have too high demands for an actually not so competetive salary (510,000 HUF gross).

Entretien
A video interview followed by interview with team lead and then its founders. The interview style is pretty casual which helps to reduce anxiety. The process can take from about 1-2 weeks.
