The interview process was competency, motivation and attribute based. This was well designed and thought out. This involved a video interview with the recruiter, a video interview with the lead, a presentation and a final in-person interview with the lead.

Provide an example of where you have received feedback. What was the situation? How did you feel? What did you then do about the feedback?
According to my opinion I think the overall interview process that I experienced was both professional and good. It was also informative and efficient. I don't have anything to complain about.
