Candidates get called for an interview after successfully completing the home assignment. Two young interviewers conduct the inteview. They claim to be fun and free and all as a firm but the main interviewer was rather tense and rude. They never asked me to introduce myself so I offered to make an introduction but the answer I received was "no sorry, we're running outta time." They asked me the same questions over and over and seemed to be expecting different answers somehow. It did not feel comfortable nor fun. They are very hesitant to even smile and ask the questions in a rude manner as if they don't want you here. I was asked if I ever used their products and I told about my experience. When I was done they just kept staring at me making no comments, just an awkard silence. The image they try to publicize does not match the reality. I am so disappointed that I didn't even get a proper answer to my questions about the company benefits. Their answer was "you know all that good stuff." I had an interview with two TransferWise recruiters and I still don't know anything further about the company benefits. Unbelievable. I also asked about career advancements and their reply was "what do you mean, like what?." Afterwards they told me that they were a flat company and no career advancements were possible (something like that, they didn't make it clear). But I know they have managers and stuff, where do they come from??

The interview consists of scenario based questions, Process knowledge, and alignment with Culture. First you need to clear assessment along with recorded video in order to land interview. Recruiting coordinator was really helpful.
