I interviewed across the country in AZ first and foremost prior to interviewing in WI (which I regret). I am posting to save others time and with the hope that someone does not get a substitute or take off of work like I did for a complete waste of time. The interview "process" does not exist. While someone was in the classroom taking care of my kids, I was asking a majority of the questions and getting vague answers. It was not until I made it to WI that I found out it was a joke. I could do this work in my sleep and it was something I was suited for 15 years ago... ***If you have 10 years of Marketing experience and a degree + a masters you need to stop and turn around. They are fake and act as though they are looking for individuals to come in with experience and take charge. In the end they was you to do petty work and make min wage. Don't leave your career or salaried job for this bogus position. Trust me!!!! False advertisement.
