For me there wasn't much of an interview process. I had a close enough relationship with someone high up in the company and had a good enough resume to bag the job.
initial phone interview with HR, then second interview with manager. took about 2 weeks for them to review resume and proceed with interview. applied and then got referred which sped up interview process
