They will show high position such as manager / BDE / team lead / senior team lead but in the end , they will ask you to be a salesmen as mentioned for fairness which your past experience will not even be consider . They will ask for your salary request but in the end they will only low ball mentioned the salary that they want to give . High promise with no clear career growth path
