I applied on linked in for the position. The VP left me a voicemail to call him back and followed up with an email to reach out to him in regards to my resume. I called him back and we discussed the role, my salary requirements and then set a date to come in the office to interview. During the interview i met with the VP for a few just to introduce ourselves then he took me to meet the compliance manager where she described the role in depth.
