The interview application was an online form, with places to add resume and cover letter. The process consisted of three rounds of interviews, with an excel skills/writing assessment after the first round. It was very simple and professional.

I received an email scheduling a phone interview a week after my online application. The interview was a standard interview with an introduction to the type of work that the organization and team do. I was then asked a series of questions on my experience. I heard back from the organization a week after the interview.
