Prepare leetcode easy- medium questions and also prepare your projects well which will be asked , technologies in your resume should be prepared. First Screening through marks and GPA then GD round . then HR round then Technical 1 and Technical 2 round

Winjit Technologies' interview process involves HR screening, an aptitude or coding test, group discussion for freshers, followed by one or two technical rounds focusing on core skills, and concludes with an HR or managerial interview.
Interview was taken in 4 parts Apti, Gd, Technical, HR. Overall Process was smooth. It only comes on campus in 1 college in nashik and give greater pkg on same role
