Entretien
First round is a group interview with 15+ people. They don't know anyone's names or experience levels and ask questions at random. It's obvious who they like because they will ask the same handful of people questions the entire time while skipping over other candidates.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They only asked me two questions while they asked one person ten questions. My two questions were: What was the worst job you had and why? On a scale of 1-10 how happy are you?

First of all I’d like to say the job description was extremely vague so my bad for taking a chance on that. 1st interview was a group interview. One guy who was did exterior work, one guy who I’m guessing did office stuff and the CEO of the company and a room of like 20 people. We all filled out papers before the interview stated our 1 and 5 year goals. In the interview (half of us were standing) interviewers fired off questions at random. Some questions were silly like what is your favorite cereal and why. Then ones like tell me about your work experience. Then the interview ended with them saying you’ll either get a yes, no, or a maybe for a second interview by the end of the week. I got a yes to a second interview. This one was a one on one with the guy from the office. He was late to the call and asked me some more silly questions that didn’t pertain to the job. When I asked for the day to day details specific to the job he couldn’t really give me any. He said it’s more of a content writer position and it’s part time. I said well the job I applied for is full time and it’s a marketing associate. He explained he posted that to get qualified applicants months in advance from when the position actually opens up. Not sure what that’s supposed to mean. That was the only question he let me get out before he cut me off. It was clear he’d mad his decision that if I wasn’t cool with the disorganization I wasn’t going to be hired. I accepted that it probably wasn’t going to work out for either of us. Overall vague, disorganized process. I’d avoid them.
