I applied online and got a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. They had me go to customer service and fill out a brief questionnaire and look over the job details. These were really easy questions like: if you saw someone stealing doughnuts what would you do? If you were on your way to complete a task and a customer stopped you what would you do? Common sense stuff. Then it asked for my availability. After you do that you go in for the interview and they ask you a few more questions. All of them were pretty simple but the one that caught me off guard was: when have you received bad customer service? They also go over your questionnaire and ask you why you picked your answers. Afterwards they will ask if you have any questions. I just asked what "employee owned" meant exactly.

interview was average, I was asked a dozen or so questions and he recorded responses. The supervisor interviewing me was kinda arrogant but personable. he had been there for 17 years so its all he has ever known and probably ready to retire.

Entretien
First interview only took about ten minutes. The second one felt like the first day of work, I wasn't exactly sure if it was the training process, because I was never told, but they had me do a half game half quiz on the computer that took hours.
