When I arrived an employee at the Customer Service counter gave me a questionaire to fill out, as well as the job description. After about 20 minutes the assistant manager called me in. He asked about some of my responses and told me they were hiring for specific shifts/days. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview, just make sure all your responses keep the customer in mind. A week later someone from HR called me to offer the job, but I ended up declining since I was looking for a more flexible schedule.
