WTF Just odd. It was like they were trying to pretend they knew what they were doing and their interview was sophisticated, yet it was more like a weird imitation of things they saw on TV.

There were 3 rounds of interviews.
HR round, technical round and then last round was with managers. Overall good experience. The onboarding training was well designed. Everyone helped to integrate with the team and company.

Applied to Willowglen Systems as part of University co-op program. It is possible there was a phone interview prior to a face to face interview. The interview itself was a group interview, with a few interviewers from Willowglen. They ask some questions about how you would approach a task, and its more important to explain why you would take a certain approach than just giving a final answer.
