J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WillowTree (Charlottesville, VA) en juill. 2016
Entretien
I found the job listing on Glassdoor and sent my application through their website. A recruiter followed up with me 1-2 weeks later and asked me to record a video answering certain questions. After I sent that video in, she set up a video interview with the hiring manager and executive in charge of the department. Finally, they flew me out for an in-person presentation and interview.

The interview process started off well. I had applied for a Travel Coordinator position but the recruiter (Corey) reached out and recommended that I apply for the Content Strategist instead, given my experience. I was looking for something remote, but after reading such great Glassdoor reviews about the company, I considered working full-time again. After a few weeks of back and forth emails, I was scheduled for their online-video interview. This is where my perspective of the company shifted. The questions, though specific to the job role, were hardly enough to get to know the applicant. I followed up afterward to find out the next steps and pretty much got the run around for a few more weeks. The HR person on my case continued to ghost me before sending a generic decline via email a few more weeks later. All in all, it didn't seem like I was genuinely interviewed and my time felt wasted.
