Talked with the owner for a bit. Went over expectations and maintained positivity in the call. Was advised that there would be a follow up interview on Monday or Tuesday. Never came. Emailed asking what was going on and told someone else got the position while I was waiting for the follow-up. No follow-up given with expectations set.
