2 -3 weeks after applying online I was asked to complete a virtual interview. I did, and I felt it went pretty well. Two weeks later I received a call from someone at HR asking when I could start, and a few other basic questions. Ten minutes after hanging up I was called back and asked which days I could fly up the PA to interview. I gave them my dates, and the next day their travel liaison got in touch with me. Turned out, the couldn't interview me on the day I was available, and asked if i could do the following week. I told them yes. A couple days later they told me they were no longer interviewing for the position.

Done online by recording yourself answering questions. You use the app or web address they give you and answer the question they set up before hand and then that's it.
