Straightforward and clear process. The Director was very friendly and honest about the role’s responsibilities and where there are challenges up ahead. We had a very frank and casual conversation and I could see myself working well with her. Although I had another offer and I did not continue the process, it seemed quite long. This was the second stage and there would have been two more staggered over weeks, so the timing would have not worked for me.
