They used an agency to set up the interview. It seemed like the person who interviewed me already made their decision prior to the interview. They didn't make a real effort to engage and asked routine questions like "what are your strengths and weaknesses" 5 minutes into the interview. When I asked questions at the end, the responses were condescending. It was also done via Skype even though we were less than 1 mile from each other.
