I applied via email and within a day or 2 I received a call/phone interview then was taken to Shepards Bush's for my online assessment and 1:1 interview. I past that section then went for my bike training at Fulham which I also past. Then there was a classroom session and DU awareness. Within a period of 2 weeks, I was finally working for the company
