It was very quick, the manager was easy going. Asked me questions about my previous job & asked me what was in a few drinks. I would definitely brush up on beverage knowledge before going, even if your applying to be a server.

Short interview process, fill out paper application. Ask specific questions about whiskey and wines. Explained a lot about the restaurant and set up a second interview. Nice interviewer, but questions were different and not usual "interview" questions, so keeps you on your toes.
