The team were very friendly. The Interview consisted of three stages. One over the phone and two stages over Google hangout.
1) chat with HR to go over CV, talk about why which? And a few compentancy based questions.
2) Interview over zoom with two managers. Talk about which? values as a business and compentancy based questions
3) a task to crate and deliver a 20 minute presentation

1 round of online interview with a task presentation (task topic will be shared 3 days in advance of the interview day). The interviewers are the hiring manager and teammate.

Second stage: 1 hr presentation interview (25 mins presentation and 35 mins question interview) and
Third stage: Short final 15 min question interview.
Was really smooth process with ample time to present.
