First Call is with HR, right after the call they give you a take to home assessment, then the 2nd round interview about your aspirations and technical and hypothetical scenario based questions about customers ( angry customers ) .

I recently went through the hiring process for the Trust & Risk team at Whatnot, and it was hands-down the best recruitment experience I’ve had. The process consisted of 5 stages:

5. Principles Interview: A final deep dive with the Hiring Manager.
The Highlight: Hannah provided detailed, informative emails before every single round, so I never felt in the dark. The interviews felt like genuine two-way conversations rather than rigid tests. If you value transparency and a human-centric approach, Whatnot is the place to be.
