Casually looking - applied for position I was qualified for and got a call back the same day. Within the same week we went through the screening with a recruiter. Everything went really well on both ends as it seems. Not sure why we never moved onto the next step. I was in the same city as the new office, have years of experience in what they were looking for working in a big tech company. The interview stopped at the hiring manager, never got to speak with the IT manager. I believe if I got the opportunity to speak with the team that maybe things would have been different.
