I interviewed for this position several years ago, so things might have changed in the interim. This was an enjoyable interview, but very demanding. I took tests, talked to a panel of interviewers, conducted a reference interview, etc. The upside is, this means they really care about the quality of their hires.

Of all the things I had to do for this interview, the reference interview stands out as the part that I found the most challenging.
