First interview went smoothly, the recruiter was fantastic! I finished feeling good about it. The second round, however, was a different story. The questions were much more specific and in-depth, really digging into my skills and experience. It was definitely challenging, I don't think I did well and never received a call back or feedback.

First interview with the recruiter and second interview with the hiring manage/VP went amazing. I could see genuine intrigue in my related background experience, passion, and interest in the role. The third/final interview might've been the most nerve-wrecking, as it was an external recruiter with no relation to the company testing me in speaking and writing in Spanish for the role. I thought I did well enough for the role as a native spanish-speaker who still uses it on an everyday basis and having a great understanding of the Latin Am markets the role wanted to focus on, but they seemed to be looking for someone very well-versed and advanced in spanish and using it with music industry knowledge. I didn't hear back for a few weeks and then I was rejected.
