The interview process was very simple, the initial step is a face to face interview or if you can't make in they will accept a basic phone interview. The next step is the shadowing stage, where you shadow one of the top " Account Consultant". During the day you ride along with them as they sell medical and office supplies to offices in their region, without making an appointment. The job would consist of driving around stopping at all business in their region, and giving them a sales pitch of Quil office and medical supplies. The job caught my attention because it stated that it was more on the marketing side and not so much on the door to door aspect. Even though there is opportunity to grow within the company and if working hard enough you can run your own office, this would take 18-24 months to get there. During that time you will be going door to door as an outside salesman. When I asked the hiring manager if the job consist of door to door sales, she said no it is business to business. When I found out that that's what the job entailed I was a bit disappointed, that I mislead of the position job description.
