In the phone. They get your driving record and go from there. They want to check on felony conviction for violence. Otherwise they over look it. My recruiter was very nice. They just want bodies that want to drive. You need a class A.

Phone, basic interview questions related to your driving history, walk the interviewe through your employment history let them tell you about how you are paid and you should join western express. Tell them about driving school and why you think your a good fit.
