There was no interview process. Your just hired. Told you will be given a bus ticket to Nashville TN and then your sent there. According to the recruiter, like most recruiters I've spoken to, they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you there. Once there, all the lies you were told by the recruitment department begin coming out. For example, being told orientation is paid and only two days long when in fact it can a couple weeks and none of it is paid. The breakfast at the hotel needs lots of work. The hotel needs even more work. For instance, it's an old crack motel in a terrible part of town. I didn't even have hot water for the week and a half I was there. I could go on and on, but it frustrates me thinking of the past. This company is a waste of time.

They didn’t interview just seems you to orientation and then a road test and drug test. Then you go with a trainer, then go solo in 2 weeks. Get your experience here and then leave for a better company.
