Went through West Rock Recruiter - process was simple, but lengthy. Had four interviews: first was with the recruiter, second was with would-be direct supervisor, third was with would-be supervisor's colleagues (other team leads) and fourth was with their manager. Each interview went better than the one before. Felt very encouraged and secure throughout the process thanks to the recruiter.
