Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter the next day. Set up a time later in the week for the phone screening for the position, was told I would hear back within a week or two. The position is still posted online, and haven’t heard back in over a month and half.

Interviewed with this company almost 2 months ago. Never heard back from them, yet they are still advertising the position. You want unicorn employees but don’t act like a unicorn employer. Good luck.
