Phone interview with Recruiter, Phone Interview with the Hiring Manager and an onsite interview with several managers for campus recruiting and experienced hire recruiting. The onsite interview was a mix of behavioral questions, questions on how you align with their values etc.

There was a two step process: first there was a phone interview and then an in-person interview with three individuals from the department. It consisted of a tour of the office, meeting more team members, and getting more a feel of the the culture.
