The worst portal I've ever seen and I've been in tech for a long time. Found job via paid job search engine. Went on site to fill out their application and submit resume and cover letter. I have to wonder who tests their processes. The field on the form don't accept data. The form requires 3 past history of jobs and does not allow you to move forward unless you have them. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen particularly if you are already providing 10+ years of history. Won't let you move forward unless you provide phone numbers, addresses, former manager names, references etc. Then if you bounce out, you get continuous reminders to finish your application. I hope you guys read this and contact me if you want IT perspective. If this is any indication how you operate, I don't want to work for you.
