Pretty straightforward. The application was online and then I received a screening call. I met with the hiring manager and then we had an in person interview. After, you would just need to wait for a decision.

The interview was quite easy and straightforward. It consisted mostly of standard customer service questions like how you'd handle an angry customer or manage a rush. The manager was friendly and informal, and it felt more like a conversation than a test. No technical questions or tests were involved.

Not bad, interviewee for a job and didn’t end up taking it. Interview was fine but found better pay. Seems like a decent team. Going to consider for a potential option in the future possibly.
went smooth very friendly for a first time interview i was very satisfied and felt welcome. If i had to do it again i would without question. the process went smoothly as stated before and my interviewer was great.
