The interview process was intentional and very straight forward. It was very informative and easy to understand and explain to interview. I enjoyed my time there, and felt heard and understood.
It was good. Basic questions were asked to judge my attitude and my take towards life. Just answered honestly with some of the examples from my life. I had to leave the interview immediately as something came up otherwise I am pretty sure I would have got the job.

Screening to ensure I want the job and making sure I was a long term addition to the team. Since this was during a pandemic, they seemed a bit desperate to hire.

Interview was short and great. They even walked me through how to do taxes! I got the job that day. The people are very nice and supportive. I am looking forward to working here.
