I arrived 10-15 min before my interview . The interview was very quick and straight to the point. The manger at first seemed very up tight but towards the end of the interview he warmed up. i got the job on the spot . The employees were very friendly and welcoming. My overall experience was this is business and the manger had a business mindset he was not looking for anything in particular but someone who could work min-wage and who was capable of doing basic mathematics and store functions. i and prior working experience but not so much . This is a great first job for teens it teaches you th basics of how a business runs and basic customer service skills. i believe one should go above and beyond customers basic experience . although it is fast food something as a compliment or positive gesture could change their day. I think Wendy's has a lot of advancing to do but overall it is not a bad company as many people say it is . It is strictly business.
