Not too long, very quick to the point. They just want to see if you are competent enough to work in a group and manage yourself without having to constantly be watched. Very laid back interviewer who honestly wants to hire you.

Entretien
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
