You'll come in during the day. The team will usually have someone extra scheduled to cover the manager while they come out and talk to you at a dining room table. As long as you are clean, polite, and willing to listen to/follow instructions you will probably be fine.
Don't lie about any felonies on your application or in the interview, though. It'll come out and you'll get fired. I saw it happen.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
