Initial phone screen with hiring VP, then invited in for in person interview in HQ in Dublin OH. Met with HR first to go over basic benefits and relocation coverage, overview of the company. Panel interview with 5 peer and subordinate positions to Director job, including person who would report to the manager. Fairly standard "tell me about a time when" format, obviously each person had assigned questions and order to ask questions. HR mgr sat in and took extensive notes. After panel interview, met with hiring VP one on one, interestingly, the VP had actually wanted to meet prior to the panel interview in order to lay out who would be in the room and why. Overall fairly standard questions and process, not a high pressure situation and over in 3 hours.
