They first ask you to fill out an application after you fill it out they then enter all the information on a computer. They then ask you to come back the next day and they have you watch videos on the company. After you watch the videos you then have someone help you the first day and after that you work on your own

Was very quaint and short. Mainly talked about jobs worked in the past, my interests/hobbies to even how I work with people. Quite literally took me maybe 15 minutes if even.

Entretien
I went in and asked for an application, returned about a week later to turn it in and the manager scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview was super easy. The manager and I sat in the dining room and she just went through my application with me. She asked about my plans for college (I was a senior in HS), the hours I was looking to work, etc. Very friendly, very simple. No surprise questions and it took only about 10 minutes. She hired me right on the spot.
