They told me to come in for an interview. I showed up, and they were eager to hire anybody that could breath and stand at the same time, which was great, because I also wanted money, so our interests were both aligned to reach the same goal. The chicken nuggets, burgers, and spicy chicken sandwiches were the only benefit of the job.

Worst job interview ever.. I met with the head burger flipper as part of round one of the interview process. The interviewer was late and smelled like processed beef and cheese. During the interview it became clear the company expected me to work 20hrs a week! Who has time for that!! When we got to pay, I was astounded starting pay was only $20 /hr. I can’t live off $20 /hr with 5 kids and 4 different baby daddies.

The Wendy's job interview was typical, with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer focused on assessing interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the position. Overall, it was an average experience.
