It went quite smooth without any pointless bureaucracy. I received my tests with all the instructions and training material via email. In any case, this is much more effective since you can actually simulate what you will be doing instead of having a person guess that you'll do fine just from a few questions.

There were no questions. Just some basic grammar and cultural knowledge tests before the technical ones.

No interview, just a test that you have too pass I belive you must get a 100% on it, they do give you training material to help you prepare for the test so dont worry.
Processo di selezione freddo, avrete solo a che fare con l'IA, chat automatiche, mail e form. Il test e i materiali per superarlo se non altro sono sufficienti. Farete diverse prove, identiche a quelle con cui vi sarete formati, in un pomeriggio saprete se siete stati presi o meno. Il loro metodo di fatturazione, almeno fino al 2022, era parecchio scomodo.
There are no interview for this position, however they will sent you a test which related to the job to decide whether you are accepted or not, then you will get an email about that.
