The recruiter who scheduled the interview was very vague via email. She did not provide much details or specify that I would be meeting with actual Wellstar staff instead of interviewing with staff.
During the actual interview I interviewed with what would have been a colleague. English wasn't her first language so it was hard to understand her during the interview.
