I was contacted by a recruiter, scheduled for interview and completed a video interview. I received an offer the following day. I interviewed with the supervisor and manager. It was a smooth process.

Interview was quick and simple main question were tell me about yourself, why do want to work at Wellstar, and what do you know about the position. Also scheduling and availability.

I interviewed on 7/10/2024 for a PAS in the Emergency Department and was going to receive an offer, but later realized that the hours would not work with my schedule. I then applied again on 7/28/2024 and because I had already interviewed and received positive feedback, they brought me in for an in-person interview on 08/01/2024. I received my offer on 08/05/2024 and am starting on 08/26/2024. So it took about a month just to get to the orientation stage.
