Step 1: Standard telephone screening conversation with a recruiter Step 2: In Person interview with two group managers & two analysts Step 3: Meet with a roundtable group While I cannot speak to others experience with the human resources group at Wellington, in my case, the recruiter never actually followed up with any feedback or even boilerplate rejection email. Otherwise, the experience was pretty standard bar this particular absence of basic manners.
