I loved Wellington from the beginning! Interviewers over the phone were super nice and resourceful. During the final round, I met with 6 people, including my potential boss who was also very nice. They asked basically every fit/behavioral question out there but kept it very personalized. I enjoyed learning about them too!!

Give me a situation when you had to deal with a difficult team member.
Very relaxed process. There's a long day with hours of interviews as the final round, but most of the interviewers are really just interested in getting to know who you are as a person.

Entretien
Lasted for months. Very slow moving and very thorough. Interviewed with every person on the team, and came in multiple times. I probably met with over 15 people. All were just trying to get to know me, to see if I would be a culture fit - most important thing for Wellington.
