that experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate for me as long experienced person with long track of good moral and self motivated employee. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the interview process. I was initially scheduled for a screening, but the recruiter arrived over 30 minutes late, so I had to cancel my other appointments to accommodate her and she said the next step is only one interview. Later, I completed the interview as requested and was informed that the management wanted to schedule another interview.however there was email saying it is just one interview.. However, after I again rearranged my schedule to attend the second interview and even declined another opportunity to attend this interview, I received a message the day before stating that the management had cancelled it and would notify me later It was disappointing the way they treated me as a candidate then later realize that the position had already been filled. , the process felt disorganized and unprofessional. It gave me false hope and resulted in lost time and missed opportunities. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and respect for candidates’ time in the future.
