The HR person was very nice and responsive. The only issue I had is that they asked for references (and checked them) via an online survey before I even had the interview.

Entretien
Two phone screenings, one with HR and the second with the hiring manager. This was followed by one-on-one in-person interviews with about seven of the management team. Each person had a different interview style and set of questions. Very pleasant people. I was disappointed, after all that, the in-person interviews did not include the hiring manager.
